Are you looking for future managers for your organization? Do you want your staff to be able to work under pressure? Shadow Training Services can fill that need for you, either on a full camp, to a relaxed field experience, the choice is yours. Either expecting them to fully cater for themselves, to ‘Shadow’ supplying catering and entertainment facilities.

Watch your staff learn new skills and grow in confidence.

This can be wide subject matter, and will overlap with experienced cadet groups, however it is mainly aimed at those who need to get an in depth knowledge of battlefield conditions and experiences.

This could be teaching journalists the art of Escape and Evasion, to civilian contracted pilots working for the UN to be taught Aircrew survival techniques.

With over 50 years total experience within Shadow Training Services of working with Cadet Forces, we can cater for every possible activity, from basic camp craft, to NCO Cadres, and all the way to ‘Shadow Stalkers’, our Cadet Reconnaissance course.

We are fully aware of the differing doctrines in different regions, so we can cater either for the Unit or to a group of cadets as ‘private’ individuals. Either way, we follow all Health and Safety Guidelines presently laid down.

These can range from Military experience ‘days out’, to full weeks but in a much more relaxed atmosphere than the leadership courses.

Airsoft and Paintball teams take this up because the want to just ‘Hone’ their skills in a relaxed atmosphere.

It can even be used for ‘Stag’ camps for the lucky groom, or birthday parties for those who want something totally ‘different’.
