Shadow Training Services employ’s both Full and Part-time Instructors, utilizing their skills when needed. In this capacity, ‘Shadow’ can keep up to date with current Military and Civilian legislation. To give you an idea on the expertise available, here are some examples of our Staff listed below:

The Instructors

Senior Instructor ‘A’:

 

17 years military service, Qualified Pilot, Communications and Aviation Warfare specialist. Spent two years working on Close Protection assignments. Qualified Range Manager. Qualified Senior Officer in the Reserve Forces.

 

 

Senior Instructor ‘B’:

 

24 years military service, Echelon expert, Quartermaster specialist. Drill  and Provost instructor. Qualified Instructor within the Reserve Forces.

Senior Instructor ‘C’:

 

18 years military service, Reconnaissance Pilot, Aviation survival expert, Qualified Aircraft Commander. Spent time in Covert Operations.  Has more medals than most Americans! Qualified Senior NCO in the Reserve Forces.

Senior Instructor ‘D’:

 

15 years military service, Qualified Royal Air Force (CSAR) Combat Search and Rescue Instructor, 7 years experience training RAF fast jet pilots in survival skills and professional aviation lecturer.

Junior Instructors:

 

As well as the above senior instructors, ‘Shadow’ employ a number of junior instructors, all being present or ex-Reserve Force Instructors. They may not have the range of knowledge of the senior instructors, but they do all have speciality fields, such as:

 

· Fieldcraft

· Fitness

· Food Hygiene

· Drill Instruction

· Weapon Instruction

 

These areas are just as important in the total spectrum of what ‘Shadow’ has to offer to your organisation.

Our Instructors are fully aware of NATO military doctrine.

All the Senior Instructors are specialists in the field of Combat Aviation.

Female Cover:

 

30% of our Instructors are female, so any issues relevant to female students can be sorted out discreetly on the spot. It also allows cadet units to be covered under the female ratio.
